In CT the only requirement for a Classic Vehicle plate is that it’s over 20 years old. This person has a killer sense of humor I’m guessing..

That’s MI age limit too, but you’re only supposed to drive 2500mi a year if you get the classic plates.

Oregon has one of the stranger laws. So as of now only 59 and older cars qualify. In CT all my cars would qualify.
We only have antique not classic.

I would totally do that. In New Mexico it is 35 years to get a “horseless carriage” plate.
